Google LSA
Make sense of lead credits.
We review charged leads, identify relevant feedback reasons, and flag settings that may be attracting poor-fit inquiries.
Google already handles many credits automatically. We cannot override its decisions.
For restoration & roofing contractors
You have jobs to run. We review your paid leads, flag the ones worth filing, and prepare the proof for your credit request.

The cost goes beyond the lead
Different rules. Different deadlines. Evidence to track down. It is easy for a credit request to fall behind the next job.
Refundra turns that work into a clear next step: which leads to pursue, what proof you need, and how to submit.
How it works
Upload an export or screenshots of recent leads, along with your service area and job types. No account access needed.
We check the platform rules, flag likely eligible leads, and tell you what evidence is missing.
Approve the packets you want. We prepare the reason, statement, and evidence checklist. You submit in your own account.
The proof packet
Each packet brings the lead, the reason, and the supporting evidence together in one place.
You approve which leads get a packet. We also tell you when a lead is not worth filing.
Platform, lead ID, date, and charge amount when available.
A clear explanation tied to the platform's credit rules.
A short draft based on the lead and your business profile.
The call logs, screenshots, or messages needed to support the request.
Eligibility checks and instructions for submitting in your account.
A follow-up draft when the platform offers an escalation path.
Three platforms. One clear process.

Angi
We check lead eligibility, timing, and supporting evidence, then prepare the requests worth pursuing.
You submit the request from your own Angi account.
Thumbtack
We help match the lead to a refund category and prepare the statement and evidence for your request.
You submit through Thumbtack. Its rules and review determine the outcome.
Each platform decides whether to issue credit. Credits are generally applied to your platform balance, not paid out as cash.

No. Credits come back as platform balance you use on future leads or ads. Google applies credits to your Ads account balance, and the original charge still shows on your invoice. Angi credits are account credit that expires after 6 months. Thumbtack refunds default to Thumbtack credit. We will never tell you this puts cash in your bank account.
No, and we will never ask for your password. Angi and Thumbtack don't offer a way for outside tools to submit credits, and their terms don't allow shared logins or bots. We do the sorting and the paperwork. You click submit in your own account. It keeps your account safe.
No one can. Every platform makes its own decision. What we can do is file only the leads that match the platform's written rules, with the proof their reviewers look for, and tell you plainly when a lead isn't worth filing.
Partly, yes. Google screens and credits many invalid leads on its own. What's left is rating the rest correctly (the specific reason matters) and fixing the settings that create junk Google won't credit, like Direct Business Search or a service area wider than where you actually go. If most of your spend is on LSA, the audit will show whether there is enough left to be worth it.
The customer never answered, hired someone else, was price shopping, or you lost the job. Every platform treats those as part of the lead price. On Google LSA, wrong-area and wrong-service calls don't qualify anymore. And if a service is listed on your profile, a lead for it usually counts as valid even if you don't want that work.
An export or screenshots of your last 30 to 45 days of leads from any of the three platforms, your service area and job types, and your call log if you have it. Older leads are usually past the deadline, so recent ones matter most.
We use it only to build your audit and your packets. We don't sell it or share it, and we delete it when you ask.
Right now we're focused on restoration and roofing. If you run a remodeling company or a personal injury firm on Google LSA, get the audit anyway and tell us. We're adding those next.
